Dr. Gayle Borkowski, MD
Dr. Borkowski has over 30 years of experience as a practicing gynecologist with her most recent 20 years in Goshen, Indiana.
As part of the medical community, she saw the need for primary medical care in the Milford area, as well as the need for affordable options for physician and ancillary services on a larger scale. Dr Borkowski is now providing gynecologic care with plans to grow by adding Family Physicians and mid-level providers in the months ahead.
She is married to her husband, Shek, and they have four daughters. When she is not busy with her duties as a doctor, she enjoys horseback riding.
Dr. Rachelle Crowder, MD
Rachelle Crowder, MD, is a primary care physician at North Central Indiana Medical Clinic. As a family physician who enjoys taking care of people of all ages, Dr. Crowder appreciates the relationships that she has with her patients. She considers it an honor to be part of their lives. Her training and experience have prepared her to care for most of their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
Dr. Crowder appreciates her patients and the opportunity to really get to know each of them. Above all, Dr. Crowder believes it is an honor that her patients entrust her with their health concerns, being open to share their joys and sorrows. Her calling into medicine has always been to serve others with love, honor and respect with the highest spiritual principles as she fulfills the work she has been called to do.

Kim Senders, Family Nurse Practitioner
Kim’s nursing experience extends over 18 years, spending most of her time in labor and delivery, along with three years at Get Fit Get Healthy.
Kim received her Bachelor of Science from Goshen College and Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. Dr. Borkowski has worked with Kim during her nursing career at Goshen Hospital and is excited to continue to partner with her. Kim is compassionate, respectful, and energetic and brings current, up to date training in family practice to NCIMC.
Kim has lived in Syracuse for most of her life and enjoys the community that living in a small town allows. Kim loves the medical field and the opportunity to help families with education and support. She has been married for soon to be 25 years to her husband Chuck. They love boating, motorcycling, vacationing, spending time with family, and doing life together! Kim looks looking forward to becoming a part of the Milford community!
Michelle Wilson, Practice Manager
Michelle has been a Certified Surgical Technologist for 10 years and has decided to further her career in administration. Over the years she has formed a strong bond with Dr. Borkowski and is excited to help her bring health care to the Milford area. Michelle is using all the multi-tasking skills she learned in the Operating Room to help her over see the day to day running of the office. Michelle loves learning new things and the conquering new challenges.
Michelle has an Associate of Science in Surgical Technology from Ivy Tech and will be obtaining her Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration from Sienna Heights. When she is not working in the office or the Operating Room Michelle loves to spend time with her family, which includes her wonderful husband Chris and their 4 kids, reading, and catching up on her favorite tv shows.
Abigail Borkowski
Abigail gained her knowledge of the medical field through a variety of studies and experiences. She started by working for a Goshen medical practice in high school. In college, she majored in Health Science and double minored in Chemistry and Spanish. She spent time abroad in Spain and two years in Puerto Rico studying Spanish and science. Since moving back from Puerto Rico, Abby has been working for NCI Medical Clinic and has been a vital asset in both the front and back office.
In her free time, Abigail enjoys being in the outdoors, building her library, horseback riding, thrifting, and spending time with her friends and family.
Krystyna Borkowski
Krystyna’s knowledge stems from a diverse range of experience and education. She holds a BS in Sport Marketing, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, spent two years in Poland for medical education, and has held different leadership roles in a variety of fields. Krystyna strives for a professional, efficient workplace that values patient relationships.
When not working, she can be found horseback riding, out with her two dogs, spending time with her family, or reading a literary classic.
Macy Sander
Macy has been a Registered Radiologic Technologist since graduated from the University of Saint Francis in 2020. She has experience working both in hospital and private practice settings. Most of her time as a Radiologic Technologist has been spent serving the Topeka community. She is very dedicated to providing the best care possible to her patients.
Macy and her fiancé Zac have been together for 8 years and have 2 children together! As a family of 4 they love traveling, spending summers at the lake, and spending quality time with friends and family!
Sharon Pressler
Sharon began her career in junior high school when she volunteered at a local nursing home. She became a nursing assistant through her high school pre-nursing program. After High school she went to IPFW where she graduated with an Associate's degree in nursing through Purdue. When their children had left home, she went to IWU and obtained her Masters in Science of Nursing. She has been practicing as an NP for the past 17 years.
Sharon and her husband David live on a lake. They enjoy fishing, kayaking and entertaining friends and family. During the summer months they are very busy with the grandchildren's baseball games. Sharon also enjoys gardening, canning, and of course her rescue dog Sammy.
