COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

It is the Policy of NCIMC to consider CDC guidelines and Federal, State, and local government recommendations in regards to COVID-19

All patients, family members, employees, or other individuals entering the physical premises will be screened with the following questions:

  • Have you traveled outside of the United States within the past 14 days?

 

  • Have you had known exposure to anyone with COVID19, or other flu-like illness, confirmed or suspected?

 

  • Do you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath?

 

Those who can answer any of these questions to the affirmative should call ahead to consider tele-medicine visits, and for information on current guidelines and recommendations regarding COVID-19.

 

Tele-medicine visits, rather than physical in office visits, are encouraged when applicable.

If you find yourself or your loved ones having respiratory symptoms we are here to help. During this time, it can be confusing to know if your symptoms come from the common cold, influenza, or COVID-19.

 

At NCI Medical, we have the capability to safely see and assess you and your family. We have dedicated rooms in our building specifically for those with respiratory symptoms, and we will even have a separate entrance for these patients to ensure the safety for all of our patients.
